RHYME / CAMPAIGNS & LAUNCHES
Even the brief needs a brief.
You’re hiring an agency. You’ve given them a brief. They go away excited to come up with a dream campaign. They want to launch your product successfully. So do you.
They come back and present some fabulous ideas. But none of them stick. In fact, they miss the mark completely. It’s like they don’t understand you.
You start wondering. Are they in this to help us or to win a Clio?
When it comes to launching a new product, announcing a new initiative, or celebrating a major anniversary, you’ll want the people in charge to not just know your brand but actually fathom what you’re about.
You see, anyone can “know” a brand. But to really fathom you (we love that word), we need to look beyond the brief.
At Rhyme, we plumb your depths. We dive beneath the surface, past the murky water, until we find the treasure that makes your company worth discovering.
Because once we’ve got a grip on you, the only way is up. We grab your precious idea and rush to the surface, catapulting through the waves to show all the world.
OK, so it’s a roundabout way of saying: we think long, hard, and deeply about what you want to achieve with a product launch or major event. And we won’t let go until we’ve really understood you.
Enough about swimming. Now to the important question:
When it comes to a campaign idea, what do you really want to say?
It’s easy to get caught up in formats, channels, visuals, event concepts, and a hundred different ways of making something look exciting.
But if the central idea isn’t right, all that creativity can end up pulling in different directions.
You need to find the idea that holds everything together.
That’s why we listen. We ask questions. We get to know your business, its struggles, its successes, and what really matters to the people behind it.
Only then, when we’ve done our homework, do we develop a creative concept, narrative, and language that can give the entire project direction.
Something designers can build around. Something campaign teams can rally behind.
Something you can confidently get behind and go, “Nailed it.”
Here’s how we can help.
So, whether you’re introducing a product, celebrating a milestone, or changing the way people see your business, we can help with:
Campaign concepts and creative platforms
The central ideas, themes, and messaging that give a campaign its identity and direction.
Product and brand launches
Launch positioning, narratives, messaging frameworks, naming, taglines, and creative concepts that make an introduction memorable.
Anniversaries and corporate milestones
Finding the significance behind the celebration, then expressing it through a theme and story that feels true to the organization.
Campaign copywriting and content
Headlines, scripts, manifestos, presentations, digital content, and other communication materials that bring the idea to life.
Creative direction and collaboration
Helping designers, event organizers, production teams, and other creative partners bring a consistent idea to life across different executions.
Like we said, even the brief needs a brief.
Novellino was approaching its 25th anniversary. The event agency had presented several creative ideas, but none had quite captured what the milestone meant to the company.
Rhyme was brought in to help find that missing idea.
We started with Novellino’s story. A Filipino winemaker that had spent 25 years making wine for the Filipino palate, perfecting its craft, and helping wine become part of everyday Filipino culture.
From these insights, we developed an anniversary theme: History in the (Wine) Making.
The idea brought together Novellino’s commitment to craft, its influence on local wine culture, and its ambitions for the future. We developed the narrative, core messages, and an event motif built around winemaking, craftsmanship, pioneering, and kinship.
The resulting framework gave the event agency a clear creative direction to work from. The theme was adopted for the anniversary celebration.
When Novellino celebrated its anniversary in October 2024, the occasion attracted media coverage exploring many of these themes, from the company’s winemaking innovations to its growing place in Filipino life.
That’s the kind of contribution we enjoy making.
Not necessarily producing every single thing you see, hear, or experience. But finding the idea that makes all those things belong.
Big ideas begin with better conversations.
We don’t arrive with a folder full of concepts looking for a client to attach them to.
We begin by understanding where you are, where you want to go, and what matters along the way.
Before we make waves, we plumb the depths.
Got something to announce? A product to launch, an event to mount?
What’s your story?
