When Century Properties decided to evolve its real estate portfolio, it wanted to create an entirely new brand built around the idea of “new generation living”. 

Century Properties is famed for its impressive skyscrapers and international brand collaborations with Versace Home, Armani Casa, and award-winning architects like Daniel Libeskind. The company’s next step was to explore a fresh direction and build timeless homes that resonate with a new generation of buyers. 

This new brand was to cater the evolving lifestyle needs of modern, upper-class Filipinos who aren’t deterred by hardship but who rise above life’s challenges. Buyers who want to live well in homes that fit their contemporary outlooks. 

Rhyme’s task was to capture and expand this voice, giving Century NULIV a fresh and edgy vibe that would make it stand out in its category.

Scope of work

Rhyme wrote Century NULIV brand copy and the primary sales deck copy, which is foundational for all other marketing material and derivatives. We also conceptualized, wrote, and provided creative direction for the project video.
