A sun-kissed coastal community rises in the Philippine south.

Club Laiya, by Landco Pacific, is an ambitious seaside community with residential, commercial, and tourism components, not to mention an incredible beach. How do you market a project of this magnitude and not get lost in the mix?

With all there was to talk about, the project was in danger of becoming too many things to too many people. It was important to identify the core idea of the development, and tie all of its components into that central idea.

Rhyme’s focus was on streamlining Club Laiya’s positioning statement. This helped harmonize its different features and establish the project’s unity in its diversity. 

From there, we sharpened the project’s message so that whether it touched on residential lots, condo apartments, commercial opportunities, investment, or tourism – all for different target markets – it did so via a central theme and perspective.

Scope of work

Rhyme wrote Club Laiya’s positioning statement and sales deck narrative with descriptions. We also provided creative direction for the sales deck.
